Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide with TNT Road Express — all metro and regional addresses. We don't currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every bike. For accessories and spare parts ordered on their own, shipping is calculated based on it's size and weight and applied at checkout based on your postcode.
Delivery times
Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 3–5 business days.
Other metro areas: 5–7 business days.
Regional and remote: 7–14 business days.
All orders ship from our Tasmanian warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. All bikes are shipped via road freight and will be booked for a weekday delivery window.
What to expect on delivery
Bikes ship in a reinforced box, 90% assembled. Final assembly (handlebars, front wheel) takes about 15 minutes with basic tools. A quickstart guide is included in every box.
If anything arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking and contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.
