Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide — all metro and regional addresses. We don't currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every bike. For accessories and spare parts ordered on their own, a flat rate applies at checkout based on your postcode.
Delivery times
Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide: 3–5 business days.
Other metro areas: 5–7 business days.
Regional and remote: 7–14 business days.
All orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. All bikes are shipped via road freight and will be booked for a weekday delivery window.
What to expect on delivery
Bikes ship in a reinforced box, 90% assembled. Final assembly (handlebars, front wheel, pedals if applicable) takes about 15 minutes with basic tools. A quickstart guide is included in every box.
If anything arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking and contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.
