30-day test ride. No hard feelings.

If your FXB isn't the bike for you, send it back. Here's how it works.

We want you riding a bike you love. If within 30 days of delivery the FXB isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund (minus return freight, see below).

What qualifies for a return

To be eligible for a 30-day return, the bike must be:

  • In as-new condition — no visible wear on tyres, grips or plastics
  • Under 20km on the odometer (and 2 hours)
  • Returned in the original packaging (keep the box)
  • Accompanied by the original charger, tools and quickstart guide
  • You will need to pay for the return freight back to our warehouse.
  • Change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@ridefxb.au with your order number and we'll send you a return authorisation plus instructions for booking a freight pickup.

Return freight

Return shipping is paid by the customer and varies based on your location. We'll provide an estimate before you commit.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the bike arriving back at our warehouse and passing inspection. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Warranty claims

Separate from returns — every FXB comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame, motor and battery. See the FAQ or get in touch if you need to make a claim.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your bike arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, photograph everything and contact us within 48 hours. We'll be there to assist you with whatever you need.
