Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Email hello@ridefxb.au or call 0400 986 352 within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned free under the 30-day return policy.

Can I return an FXB bike if my child doesn't like it?

Yes. We offer 30-day free returns on unused bikes in original packaging. If your child has ridden the bike and it's no longer in new condition, returns may be accepted with a restocking fee — contact us to discuss. Faulty bikes are covered under warranty and replaced or repaired at no charge.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a carrier reference. You can also log into your account on ridefxb.au and view order status under "My Orders." For pre-orders, you'll receive an email when stock arrives and another when it dispatches.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days from dispatch. Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Hobart are typically 2 to 4 days. Regional and remote addresses are 5 to 10 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free Australia-wide on every FXB bike, including remote areas. Accessories and parts under $100 calculated shipping at the checkout. Accessories when shipped with a bike are free.
