Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter. This competition is conducted by Electric Bike Distribution Pty Ltd trading as FXB Australia (ABN 29 643 696 404), Launceston TAS 7250(“the Promoter”). Questions about the competition can be sent to admin@ridefxb.au.
Acceptance. Entry is free and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The instructions on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these terms.
Eligibility. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be treated as the entrant. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and of any agency associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
Competition period. Entries open 01 July 2026 and close 31 October 2026 (AEST/AEDT). Entries received outside this period are invalid.
How to enter. To enter, complete the entry form on this page with your name, email address, phone number and state, and confirm the opt-in. One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, indecipherable or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
The draw. This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 01 November 2026 at Approx. 7pmat FXB Australia, Launceston TAS. The number of entries an eligible person may submit is limited to one (1).
The prize. The prize is one (1) FXB electric bike as specified for this competition , valued at up to $1299 (RRP incl. GST). The total prize pool is as stated above. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the specified prize (or any element of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory authority. Prize delivery is within Australia only.
Notification of winner. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the details provided at entry within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner’s first name and state may be published on this website and the Promoter’s social media channels.
Unclaimed prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or has not claimed the prize within three (3) months of the draw, the Promoter may, subject to any directions of a relevant authority, conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place at the same location within three (3) months of the original draw, and the same notification process will apply.
Publicity. By entering, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, state and any supplied photograph or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
Privacy of your information. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information (name, email, phone and state) only to conduct this competition and, where the entrant has opted in, to send marketing communications. The Promoter will never sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose entrants’ personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers the Promoter uses to run the competition, contact winners and deliver the prize (for example email, SMS and delivery providers), and only as required or authorised by law. Information is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policyand the Australian Privacy Principles. Entrants may request access to or correction of their information, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask for their details to be deleted at any time by contacting admin@ridefxb.au.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights entrants have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage (including for late, lost or misdirected entries, or for any tax liability arising from the prize) suffered in connection with this competition or the prize.
Social media. Where a competition is promoted or entered via a social media platform (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube), the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform. Entrants release each platform from any liability and understand they are providing their information to the Promoter, not to the platform.
General. The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may, subject to applicable law and any regulatory directions, vary, suspend or cancel the competition where events beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Governing law. This competition is governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
